This pricing list is quoted for Standard Diesel tank. In case of a gasoline tank a new quote has to be written and negotiated between parties.
* If a customer choses the Service Agreement above the hardware is installed at customer’s site and software is installed on Avis Ignis LLC.’s server and reports and alerts are managed and communicated through email or via integration to customer’s existing operating systems.

** If a customer choses the Purchase Agreement above the hardware is installed at customer’s site and software is installed on customer’s server. Reports and alerts are managed by the customer’s trained team.

## Alerts are set according to parameters the customer determines at the beginning of the contract term.

^ Driver Cards are proxy-cards that Avis Ignis LLC. activates originally and can be reused if an employee leaves the company. The number of cards also includes the master card for the super user of the system.

^^ Vehicle Cards are proxy-cards that Avis Ignis LLC. activates originally and can be reused if a vehicle is sold from the company.

~ Groups are determined by the customer at the beginning of the contract term.

~~ Access Division means that user-by-user the access to the information can be managed by the super user of the system.

® Hardware includes the whole box with all software within. In case of a Hardware exchange the customer is responsible for shipping and handling cost for the Hardware to site of installation.

®® Software updates are included when a new version of the software is released by Avis Ignis LLC.

& Training includes training drivers how to use the APIX system at the fuel stations onsite, train the trainer for future training security, and train the “super user” and master card holder of the system in the office onsite or wherever the server is located.

Communication between Hardware by tank and server can be the following: Manual download (SDRAM or USB Pen Drive), Ethernet/CAT5, WiFi or GSM. Avis Ignis LLC. reserves the right to choose the optimal communication method for each assessed customer’s site. Manual download and Ethernet/CAT5 options are included in all packages outlined above however any other type of communication will be determined and priced according to the site assessment of the customer.
If customer requests, Avis Ignis LLC. will back up all customer’s data on Avis Ignis LLC.’s server for double backup protection. Pricing for this feature will be discussed as part of the final contract.
